Abstract

This dissertation: "Educational dimensions of the performance of the Union of Public Education Workers of Francisco Beltrão - SINTEPFB: 2012-2023", was linked to the Research Line Society, Knowledge and Education of the Post-graduate Program in Education of the Unioeste of Francisco Beltrão and had the general objective of analyzing the educational dimensions of the performance of the Union of Public Education Workers of Francisco Beltrão - SINTEPFB in the period from 2012 to 2023. It is assumed that the union mobilization space can also be considered an educational space. The locus of the research will be SINTEPFB, through the analysis of the history of formation, constitution and its actions, using its publications, minutes and other specific documents capable of reporting and describing this trajectory. In addition, throughout the research, members of the board of directors were interviewed to capture and analyze how these educational dimensions present in the Union's performance between 2012 and 2023 are manifested. At the same time, systematize the educational elements around SINTEPFB's actions. And finally, we bring the analysis of interviews with teachers who are or were part of the union's board, especially highlighting the educational dimensions of SINTEPFB's actions.
