Resumo:	Esta dissertação tem como objetivo analisar a materialidade discursiva de Millôr Fernandes sobre a Nova República (1985 - 1990), considerando a relação interdiscursiva presente no dizer do sujeito autor. O recorte do corpus compreende a seleção de 7 charges elencadas para a prática de análise pautada na Teoria do Discurso de linha francesa; além de fontes, tais como, Michel Foucault, Eni Orlandi e Ruth Amossy, dentre outras, que devem embasar teoricamente a pesquisa, bem como as condições de produção do corpus. Sob o olhar da Teoria do Discurso, que consiste em observar o sujeito assujeitado, a materialidade discursiva e a historicidade no imbricamento com o discurso enquanto manifestação de simbolização do humano, é que este empreendimento se efetiva. Os objetivos que norteiam esta investigação se resumem em dar a conhecer a relação interdiscursiva no dizer de Millôr, no tocante a recuperação de dizeres outros; compreender que Millôr é porta-voz de um discurso que se transpõe no viés do humor sobre a política da Nova República (1985 - 1990); bem como estabelecer pontos análogos quanto à uma política do passado e do presente. Sob o exercício de retomadas discursivas, o interdiscurso é o conceito mobilizado para as análises das charges eleitas para o corpus que, em consonância com as condições de produção, possibilita evocar efeitos de sentidos a partir de cada materialidade discursiva e de cada imagem caricata analisada como porta-voz de um discurso. Além disso, permite a percepção acerca dos efeitos de sentidos do discurso de Millôr que fazem emanar críticas à política da Nova República (1985 - 1990), evidenciando seus atravessamentos ideológicos e sua inscrição na formação discursiva de contraidentificação em relação ao fazer político do Governo Sarney. Por fim, o que justifica a temática deste trabalho é a cadência do dizer de Millôr sobre a acuidade do tema que envolve a política, e por considerar que esta rege e impera sobre a sociedade
Abstract:	This dissertation aims to analyze the discursive materiality of Millôr Fernandes about the New Republic (1985 - 1990), considering the interdiscursive relationship present in the author subject‟s statement. The corpus clipping comprises the selection of 7 cartoons listed for the practice of analysis based on the French Speech Theory; besides sources such as Michel Foucault, Eni Orlandi and Ruth Amossy, among others, which should theoretically support the research, as well as the conditions of production of the corpus. From the perspective of Discourse Theory, which consists in observing the subject, the discursive materiality and the historicity in the intermingling with the discourse as a manifestation of symbolization of the human, is that this undertaking takes effect. The objectives that guide this investigation boil down to making known the interdiscursive relationship in Millôr's saying, regarding the recovery of other words; understand that Millôr spokesman for a discourse that transposes in the bias of humor about the politics of the New Republic (1985 - 1990); as well as making analogous points regarding a past and present policy. Under the exercise of discursive retakes, interdiscourse is the concept mobilized for the analysis of cartoons elected to the corpus which, in line with the conditions of production, makes it possible to evoke sense effects from each discursive materiality and each caricatured image analyzed as Spokesperson for a speech. Moreover, it allows the perception about the effects of meanings of Millôr's discourse that give rise to criticism of New Republic politics (1985 - 1990), highlighting its ideological crossings and its inscription in the discursive formation of counter-identification in relation to the political making of the Sarney Government. . Finally, what justifies the theme of this work is the cadence of Millôr's saying about the accuracy of the subject that involves politics, and for considering that it rules and rules over society
