| Resumo: | O objetivo principal desta dissertação foi analisar o grau de exploração da força de trabalho a partir da transferência de valor entre uma economia periférica e uma economia central. Para tanto, foram utilizadas as bases teóricas e metodológicas da Teoria Marxista e da Teoria Marxista da Dependência (TMD) visando analisar o fenômeno de uma perspectiva histórica e, especificamente, nos anos que compreendem o intervalo de 2012 a 2017 para os países selecionados: Brasil e Estados Unidos. Com os resultados encontrados demonstrou-se a existência de uma desigualdade entre o valor produzido e apropriado pela periferia capitalista. Além disso, pode-se inferir que o trabalhador da periferia capitalista recebe menos, trabalha mais e é mais vulnerável a riscos no trabalho, logo ele é explorado em grau maior que o trabalhador do centro capitalista, ele é superexplorado. |
| Abstract: | The main objective of this dissertation was to analyze the degree of exploitation of the workforce from the transfer of value between a peripheral economy and a central economy. To this end, the theoretical and methodological bases of the Marxist Theory and the Marxist Theory of Dependence (TMD) were used to analyze the phenomenon from a historical perspective and, specifically, in the years between 2012 and 2017 for the selected countries: Brazil and United States. With the results found, it was demonstrated the existence of an inequality between the value produced and appropriated by the capitalist periphery. In addition, it can be inferred that the worker in the capitalist periphery receives less, works more and is more vulnerable to risks at work, so he is exploited to a greater degree than the worker in the capitalist center, he is overexploited. |
