O sentido oculto do valor do trabalho e sua implicação no setor bancário: um estudo de caso para a cidade de Maringá-PR e sua região metropolitana em 2000 a 2010

Abstract

The argumentative paper presented is the result of the idealization of the need for debate about the questioning of how the hidden meaning of the labor value presented in the relations established by banking professionals in their daily lives, is captured and understood. The research conduction aims the apprehension of the dimensions of the bank worker s actions in a setting of technical, scientific and organizational transformations. The spatial and temporal delimitation of the research subjects occurred on the established relationships of city and metropolitan area officials of Maringa from 2000 to 2010. We searched for quantitative and qualitative theoretical and methodological elements, based on content with macro-corporate reference, Marxian and Marxist tradition, highlighting the literary work The Late Capitalism, by Ernest Mandel. It is believed this reflection to be very important, because it is necessary to rethink the position of work in the contemporary social relations, considering the banking sector, which is spread increasingly, new forms of control and work dominations. The intense process of both technological and organizational restructuring changed significantly the bank jobs, consequently, refracted in the power relations constituted within financial institutions, the personal and the professional profile of the bank worker, as well as its objective / subjective field. This foundation was subsidized with directed literature, and allowed us, through the Marxist orthodoxy, to rebuild the object in question, which led us to understand that, the bank worker sells his labor and more than that, delivers his live individuality. We could therefore capture the dynamics of the ideological manipulation of workers consciences by banking companies; up to the point that the "fear" itself and the manipulation of the "affection became standard practice among the banking companies.
