O estágio supervisionado em serviço social nas unidades de formação acadêmicas da região Oeste do Paraná

Abstract

This research is the object of study supervised training in social work and as a general objective to identify the centrality of class mediation in the construction of stage policies of social work courses of Academic Training Units (UFA's) of western Paraná. The methodology was qualitative, with the completion of bibliographic and documentary research and interviews that were conducted with coordinators of Stage Sectors of UFAS a representative of ABEPSS in the South Region and the Regional Council of Social Service of Paraná. To theoretically reference the object of studies were conducted literature reviews of texts that address the higher education reforms in Brazil from the 1990s, the regulation of compulsory training and non-binding in the context of the federation and the Federal Council of Social Service, and positioning the category of social workers against these reforms. Studies on the proposal for training of social workers were deepened and, in this context, the positions of authors on the Supervised Internship in Social Work as well as the NEP as the embodiment of the struggle waged by social service in defense of supervised training as a key tool in training that gives conditions for critical analysis of social reality and practice and interventional proactive and professional investigative action.
