Abstract: Fractional ownership has increasingly consolidated itself as an innovative model within the tourism sector, promoting not only the democratization of access to leisure properties but also generating significant impacts on job creation and regional development. This study aimed to analyze how the practices of a fractional ownership resort contribute to achieving targets 8.5 and 8.9 of Sustainable Development Goal 8 (SDG 8). The research adopted a descriptive approach, with both quantitative and qualitative methods, through the application of two data collection instruments— addressed to employees and managers of the resort—designed based on the methodological guidelines of the 2030 Agenda. The sample consisted of 80 employees and 9 managers. The results indicate that the resort implements consistent actions in&#xD;
the fields of social inclusion, professional training, diversity appreciation, and the promotion of adequate working conditions, in alignment with target 8.5. Regarding target 8.9, the adoption of sustainable practices was observed, such as prioritization of local suppliers, encouragement of regional culture, environmental education initiatives, and sustainability certifications, revealing institutional alignment with the principles of responsible tourism. It is concluded that the analyzed enterprise demonstrates a strong commitment to the Sustainable Development Goals, and the research objectives were achieved. The development of the proposed instruments also represents a relevant methodological contribution, considering the lack of specific tools for measuring the targets of the 2030 Agenda in organizational environments. The study reinforces the strategic role of fractional ownership in sustainable territorial development, especially in tourism regions such as Foz do Iguaçu.

Abstract: This paper presents the planning of the pre-incubation program at UNIHUB Campus Foz do Iguaçu, affiliated with the State University of Western Paraná (Unioeste), as well as the implementation of its Beta Phase. The research is based on the context of transformations driven by the era of innovation and technology, which have significantly expanded opportunities for youth entrepreneurship, especially in university settings. In this context, the role of incubators, and especially pre-incubators, stands out as strategic instruments for strengthening entrepreneurial culture and integrating universities, the market, government, and civil society. To support the development of the program, a Systematic Literature Review and benchmarking with technology parks in Western Paraná were conducted, focusing on preincubation models. The program was structured with the participation of both internal and external stakeholders, based on the Cerne methodology and using brainstorming to generate ideas. The result was a three-phase model: Phase A – awareness-raising and mobilization; Phase B – entrepreneurship development and development; and Phase C – project monitoring and formalization, with the cross-cutting theme of impact and purpose. The program was&#xD;
designed collaboratively and contextually, seeking to foster innovative entrepreneurship and serve as a benchmark for other higher education institutions interested in structuring similar initiatives.

Abstract: Computational Thinking can help develop the skills of Basic Education teachers, such as logical reasoning, critical thinking and problem solving, as, with the implementation of the National Digital Education Policy, Computational Thinking was included as one of the new components of the mandatory curriculum. Given this, the research question arose: Analyze the level of knowledge and perception of teachers regarding the concept of Computational Thinking in the initial grades in the municipality of Santa Terezinha de Itaipu-PR. To answer this question, bibliographical research methods were used, along&#xD;
with the application of a questionnaire to interested teachers. The results indicated a partial understanding of the concept of Computational Thinking and the National Digital Education Policy in teaching, highlighting the need for teacher training.

Abstract: The study aims to analyze whether awareness of creative blocks and the introduction of creativity techniques can impact the idea generation capacity and creative self-perception of first-year students in the Center for Applied Social Sciences (CCSA) at the State University of Western Paraná (Unioeste). The research is applied in nature, with a qualitative, quantitative, and descriptive approach, based on action research methodology. Data collection was&#xD;
conducted through practical activities in a booklet, which enabled awareness of the impacts of creative blocks, the introduction of creativity techniques, and the assessment of idea generation capacity. Furthermore, the theoretical framework addresses the concept of creativity, its related factors, and its importance. The study concluded that awareness of aspects of creativity can positively influence fluency and originality in idea production, as well as impact the development of creative self-efficacy.
