This approach is supported by the Base Nacional Comum Curricular, focusing on Mathematical Modeling as a teaching strategy. We present the main LPP theorems and their respective proofs. Additionally, we implemented the Simplex Method in the Python programming language to solve problems aimed at maximizing the objective function with inequality constraints of the type less or equal. Finally, we propose LPPs that can be applied in High School, along with their modeling, graphical solutions, and computational support. Our goal is to highlight the educational relevance and potential of LPPs in Mathematics teaching, as they can motivate students addressing aspects of Mathematics related to practical situations. Initially, the historical moment experienced by rural education was contextualized. Subsequently, the guiding documents for the implementation of the New High School, at the national and state levels, were investigated in order to reveal the gap existing in the materials available for rural education in Paraná, and that the material proposed here attempts to fill. Later, based on official documents and the literature, the choice of contextualization as the principle that guided the development of the exercises present in the educational product was supported, and the process of creating it was discussed. Finally, the question bank is presented composed of 192 new exercises developed from the field context. This work aim to present a proposition for teaching matrices using graphs. First the concept of graph, nomenclatures and types were defined. Then a short review of matrices was presented, including their operations and properties. Next, some applications of graphs were shown, as the emergence center and the Dijikstra’s algorithm, a problem situation modeled with graphs and solved with matrices. Finally, activities for the high school were indicated to teach matrices in a more effective and pleasurable way, relatated to the student’s life, to help teachers and students in the teaching and learning process.
