Avaliação da saúde dos trabalhadores rurais na região de Dourados - MS relacionados aos aspectos ergonômicos

Abstract

This study aimed to highlight the rural worker in the area of organic agriculture, and may present some risks of occupational diseases, because their work is directed towards work essentially manual, by the very nature of their work activity. In what is presented as a research objective investigate whether from the diagnosis of ergonomic risks by which these workers are exposed daily, having as a research problem whether there is a possibility of highlighting the importance of ergonomics in the workplace and how it can provide benefits, which leads to the quest to identify the biomechanics of the musculoskeletal system arising from work. The study presented as justification to search for methodologies that contribute to the acquisition of correct postures to take care of the biomechanics and to avoid possible ergonomic risks. Having this vision, the study presented as methodology, the qualitative and quantitative. In that questionnaires were applied to 105 organic producers belonging to 34 families, owners of small farms (family farmers), with the main production of vegetables, located in the regions of the rural areas near the municipality of Dourados-MS. Responding to a Family questionnaire, followed by three more individual questionnaires. The study resulted in the finding that this activity is susceptible to dysfunctions related to the lack of uses of ergometric actions of the work. This can certainly be corrected with the correct learning and guidance for this purpose.
